Wind/WAVES TNR Dynamic Spectrum Plots Plot Format The TNR Dynamic Spectrum plots show, from top to bottom: Background-subtracted dynamic spectrum of the Thermal Noise Receiver (TNR, 4-256 kHz) in dBVolts. The logarithmic frequency scale is in kHz. Automatic Gain Control (AGC) values for the five frequency bands of TNR together with |B| values in nT from the Magnetic Field Investigation (MFI) also onboard Wind. The TNR frequency bands from top are 64-256 kHz for E, 32-128 kHz for D, 16-64 kHz for C, 8-23 kHz for B, and 4-16 kHz for A. Data quality, where zeros indigate good, negative values bad, and positive values missing minor frame (MF) data. The corresponding counts are plotted above the top left corner of the dynamic spectrum.
