File-specific information

of spectra eliminated due to each of three causes, and of
proton and alpha particle parameter sets determined
from the retained spectra and included in these data files,
has been compiled in this file from year-specific
descriptor files prepared by Justin Kaspar at MIT.
All other information in those files is common, and is
found in this directory as documentation_jck.doc.
