This subdirectory contains annual files of Wind/SWE plasma parameters 
for all orbit phases for which good data were obtained. They are as 
provided by CfA in 2012 and later. All the documentation files contained 
in the parent directory (that contains monthly solar wind-only data 
files) apply to the annual files of this subdirectory (except for the 
solar wind-only vs. all-orbit-phase aspect).

Note the "old" subdirectory that contains the "all-orbit-phases" version 
of the 1994-2004 SWE data
superseded by the 2012-produced data.
