 The data are in the text file with the coma-separated format (CSV).
   The time resolution of data is one hour.

Each data file includes the omnidirectional intensity data of proton within 
one year coverage.

Header includes: 
The integer time (Year, Month, Day, Hour) is the beginning time of measured interval, 
while the float time DOY (Day of year) is the center time of measured interval.
Proton intensity (particles/(cm^2 ster s MeV/nuc)) and error are given for each energy interval.
 When intensity is 0, the one-particle upper limit is given as the intensity error. 
The unit of proton energies is MeV/nuc.
