This directory includes interplanetary counting rate data from the Low 
Energy Charged Particle (LECP) experiment on Voyager 2. The experiment is 
described briefly in file VY2LECP_NMC.txt, extracted from information in
the NSSDC Master Catalog. Subdirectory DAILY holds daily averages of 
selected ion counting rates for 1977 - 1994, as described by the file 
VY2LECP_1D_FMT.txt in that subdirectory. The header of each ASCII data 
file includes the complete data set documentation.

Hour averages of the interplanetary solar wind data from, and hourly 
heliocentric coordinates of, Voyager 1/2 and other interplanetary 
spacecraft may be also be accessed and plotted on-line through the COHOWeb 
service based at the same WWW site as above.
