Description: the ASCII files VY2LCPyy-yy_24H.asc contain daily averages 
from years yy-yy for eleven differential energy proton/ion channels (30 
keV - 20 MeV) and one integral channel  (>70 MeV protons) from the Low 
Energy Charged Particle Experiment (LECP) on Voyager 2.  See the header 
records in each data file for complete documentation.
