README.SUMMHOURS

The SUMMHOURS routine averages 48 second Voyager summary data to create 
hourly averages.  This routine requires summary data to be in ascending 
time order.  Records with retrograde time tags are dropped.  Hour averages 
are generated as a post production process.  This process can be invoked 
via the DCL command script VOYAGER:[VOYAGER.COMMAND]EDR_BATCH.COM or the 
executable VOYAGER:[VOYAGER.EXECUTABLE]SUMMHOURS.EXE may be invoked alone.
