Plot Dynamic Spectra

Dynamic spectra for the URAP instrument.
One to 31 days can be plotted.
Date of start of plot Enter this as YYYYMMDD or YYYYDOY
where YYYY is the year,
MM is the month (Jan=1, etc),
DD is the day of the month,
and DOY is the day of the year (Jan 1=1, etc).
Number of days to plot No more than 31 days may be plotted.
