URAP data from launch through June 1999 were previously available
near-line through the NDADS/SPyCAT data system, but this system is no
longer available. Later data are on-line in subdirectories of this
anonymous ftp site, and the earlier data will be migrated here in the near
future.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the locations of, or 
methods of access for, the URAP data at NSSDC.
