from this site and retrieve the new ones.

The file names for ULYSSES-KEP Experiment UDS data files are:

 U EPA KEP R 92013.ULY;1

These are ASCII files. The data entries in the files are always single
precision float values containing one hour averages in

  Flux / (s cm**2 sr)

starting at midnight for each day. The corresponding times are integers
indicating start of average. The entries are seperated by blanks.
Then the total length of the ASCII records are: 3746 Bytes with 24
records per file. Bad or absent data are flaged with -1.00000E+00.
The data entries are:

  Omnidirectional-Protons (520-1423 keV) Spin Averages Telescope 1-4 
     (OPTL1-4)
  Proton-Rate Sectored (~500-1000 keV) Telescope 2,3 Sector 1-8 (PRTL2,3)
