The data entries in the files are always single precision float values containing one hour averages in Flux / (s cm**2 sr) starting at midnight for each day. The corresponding times are integers indicating start of average. The entries are seperated by blanks. Then the total length of the ASCII records are: 3746 Bytes with 24 records per file. Bad or absent data are flaged with -1.00000E+00.
