SOHO ERNE fluxes 2-hr  data 

Data set of a multi-year H and He fluxes  was created as part of an VEPO effort

Each data record has the following format.  Note that there is one record
for every 2-hr of the year in each annual file, with only fill values  "9.99E+005"
the records.

      The words in each of the record are:
Date:    Year, DOY, Hour
Energy Bins, MeV/n:
         1.8-3.3 H flux
         3.3-6.4 H flux
         6.4-12.7 H flux
         13.5-25.8 H flux
         25.8-50.7 H flux
         1.8-3.3 He flux
         3.3-6.4 He flux
         6.4-12.7 He flux
         13.5-25.8 He flux
         25.8-50.7 He flux
