      [To go inside sampex/combined/rate_30s_asc in RAID directory]

This directory carries the cumulative daily files since July 1992 of
the 30-s averaged rates from all energy/mass channels in HILT,MAST,
LICA, and PET instruments. Format and other documentation are available
in FTP sites listed in the 0readme.txt in the sampex/combined directory.
Caution: as notified in that 0readme.txt, the Principal Investigator
should be contacted by those who wish to convert the rates into fluxes.
