[To go inside sampex/combined/flux_30s_asc in RAID directory]

This directory carries the cumulative daily files since July 1992 of
the 30-s averaged fluxes from many energy/mass channels in HILT,MAST,
LICA, and PET instruments. Format and other documentation are available
at FTP sited listed in the 0readme.txt in the sampex/combined directory.
