This directory provides access to the following files:

heliospheric_data   - a subdirectory with the data file related to measurement 
                      of particles at large distances from the Earth.  KS-18-M 
                      is an instrument that provided these data from 
                      the high-altitude satellite GRANAT.  Geographic 
                      coordinates of the spacecraft are also given there;
magnetospheric_data - the same as above but the contents relates to passages 
                      through the radiation belts.  Geomagnetic coordinates 
                      are added to each record in this case;
c9_descr.txt        - detailed documentation.

Splitting of the data to the mentioned directories has been made with use 
of computed parameter of L-shell.  The computation is based on the IGRF model 
of the geomagnetic field for respective epoch.  L=15 is a separator, although 
for several orbits, a zone of magnetospheric data is additionally extended.
