files are located on NSSDC's VMS FTP site at 
anonymous@nsscdca.gsfc.nasa.gov
in directory COHO.PIONEER_11.PLASMA.VERSION23. FORTRAN source codes to 
read the binary files are in the *.for files of this directory.

Hour averages of the interplanetary solar wind data from, and hourly 
heliocentric coordinates of, Pioneer 10/11 and other interplanetary
