Data Set Description:

This directory includes ASCII files associated with NSSDC data set 73-019A-14D
for 1-2 min. high resolution magnetic field data from the Pioneer 11 Fluxgate
Magnetometer (FGM) experiment and the Sept. 1979 encounter with Saturn
at radial distances within 7.5 Rs inbound and 6.7 Rs outbound. The text file 
P11FGMST_NMC.txt has been extracted from information on this data set in the 
NSSDC Master Catalog. The data file P11FGMST_14D.asc includes a header with 
the data field format. Definitions of Saturn and other coordinate systems used 
for magnetic field data on the Pioneer mission can be found in file MAGCOORD.txt 
in a higher level directory.
