Data Set Description:

This directory includes ASCII files associated with NSSDC data set 73-019A-14C
for high resolution magnetic field data from the Pioneer 11 Fluxgate
Magnetometer (FGM) experiment and the Dec. 1974 encounter with Jupiter at
radial distances within 6 Rj. The file P11FGMJP_NMC.txt has been extracted from
information on this data set in the NSSDC Master Catalog. The data file 
P11FGMJP_14C.asc includes the ASCII data records preceded by a header with 
the record format. Definitions of Jupiter and other coordinate systems used 
for magnetic field data on the Pioneer mission can be found in file 
MAGCOORD.txt in a higher level directory.
