Documentation, software, and sample files for the off-line (CD) data set
(NSSDC ID 72-012A-13M) of high resolution spectral samples for 
interplanetary solar wind measurements. The NSSDC Master Catalog entry 
for this data set is in file P10PLA_SPECTRA_NMC.txt.

Hourly average, full resolution summary, and spacecraft trajectory data
in ASCII format as extracted from the Version 3.1 final archive (NSSDC ID
# 72-012A-13L) of the Pioneer 10 Plasma Analyzer Data at NSSDC.

Hour averages of the interplanetary solar wind data from, and hourly
