OGO-5 Light Ion Mass Magnetic Spectrometer

data pulled from tapes from a 36-bit Univac 1100 computer
converted to ASCII files by Young-In Won, 2023 Apr 18 using the IDL program
one file has all zeros for data

The data appears to have been delivered to the NSSDC archive twice, or 
someone converted the files years ago
