Solar X-ray Fluxes - Four Bands

NSSDC ID: SOXR-00029

Availability: At NSSDC, Ready for Offline Distribution (or Staging if Digital)

Time span: 1967-10-02 to 1968-07-15

Description

This collection was generated on magnetic tape at NSSDC from the punched cards used by the principal investigator to provide the plots of data set SOXR-00068. The data are contained on a BCD magnetic tape written on an IBM 7094 computer. The collection includes the date (month, day, year), and universal time (hour, minute, second) of each point shown on the plots for the period covered. The average flux value, in ergs/(sq cm-s), the number of points in each average, and the amplifier range are given for the 0.05-0.3 nm, 0.1-0.8 nm, and 0.8-2 nm detectors. The average flux value and the number of points used in each average are given for the 4.4-6 nm detector.
