Description
These data from the Low-Energy Cosmic Ray experiment consist of experimenter-supplied copies of the summary ("SUM1") tapes which contain the counts and accumulation time for 27 rate channels. The data are from the low-energy sensor (ULECA) and include ions and electrons in the energy range 15 keV/e to several hundred keV/e. The averaging interval is one major frame (16 seconds at high bit rate, 64-seconds at low bit rate).
