0readme.txt: This directory carries the contents of a CDROM that
was provided by the University of Iowa. The data, in digital form, 
was created there from the wideband VLF analog channel on borad the
injun 5 s/c. In addition to that binary data, there are other
files of interest. Among them is a code to convert the binary
data into ASCII, and another to plot the data. Note also that
these short duration events were selected by the U.Iowa.
