Most needed information is in readme files higher in the
subdirectory tree.  The following electron-specific
information is from the headers of each UNH-resident
monthly file of electron count rates.

Electron Flux Data are contained in columnar form with each column as:

   Column 01: YEAR
   Column 02: DAY OF YEAR
   Column 03: HOUR OF DAY
   Column 04: COVERAGE (PERCENT)
   Column 05: ID2 ELECTRONS (0.7-2.0 MEV)
   Column 06: ID3 ELECTRONS (2.0-12. MEV)
   Column 07: ID4 ELECTRONS (12.-50. MEV)
