subdirectory tree.  The following alpha_particle-specific
information is from the headers of each UNH-resident
monthly file of alpha particle count rates.

Flux Data are contained in columnar form with each column as:

   Column 01: YEAR
   Column 02: DAY OF YEAR
   Column 03: HOUR OF DAY
   Column 04: COVERAGE (PERCENT)
   Column 05: ID2 HELIUM (10.90-12.89 MEV/NUC)
   Column 06: ID2 HELIUM (12.89-16.35 MEV/NUC)
   Column 07: ID2 HELIUM (16.35-19.95 MEV/NUC)
   Column 08: ID3 HELIUM (19.95-25.36 MEV/NUC)
   Column 09: ID4 HELIUM (30.61-42.03 MEV/NUC)
   Column 10: ID4 HELIUM (42.03-55.40 MEV/NUC)
   Column 11: ID4 HELIUM (55.40-69.64 MEV/NUC)
   Column 12: ID4 HELIUM (69.64-84.32 MEV/NUC)
   Column 13: ID4 HELIUM (84.32-94.81 MEV/NUC)
