The 15m data of this directory were provided by U. Chicago to
NSSDC in 2000.  They consist of monthly files spanning October, 1973,
to September, 2000.  They contain count rates and coverages (sec)
for 13 coincidence modes, numbers of pulse-height-analyzed events
for 4 ID's (corresponding to in which sensor particles stopped),
and counts in 27 3-parameter pulse height boxes (3 electron,
11 proton, 12 helium, 1 CNO).  Thus, this data set may be used to
compute fluxes at<= 15m resolution for the species indicated, in
the numbers of energy bins corresponding to the numbers of box counts.

The hourly data consist of 10/1973-10/2001 species-specific fluxes
(protons and alpha particles in 9 energy bins each, electrons in 3 bins
and CNO in 2 bins) created at GSFC/SPDF from count rates pulled from
UNH to SPDF in 2011.

The hourly proton, electron and alpha particle count rates at UNH
(and equivalent UNH-resident daily rates) were created by U.Chi/UNH
staff (C. Lopate) from the 15m data they had previously prepared for
and provided to NSSDC.
