This dir includes a subset (OMNIWeb Plus version) of the parameters
of the data sets that are at "original" directory at the same level 

The subset consists of PHA-based (Pulse Height Analysis) proton 
and alpha particle fluxes, and two count rates mainly due to 2-4 
and 4-8 MeV electrons.  
The OMNIWeb Plus version data can be retrieved and plotted at 
http:/omniweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/ftpbrowser/helios2_e7_30min.html

The data have one record for every
30-min interval.  Fluxes have fill values if there was no record
for a 30-min interval in the full data set and also if the uncertainty
value for a given flux was -1.0.

Flux values and accompanying uncertainties, of the full data
set, can be zero if the instrument was operational but observed
no counts in a given 30-min interval in a given species/energy_band
"box."
