The document crres_orbit_survey.txt is a copy of SURVEY.txt from Al
Vampola's 0.5-sec MEA electron data set in particle_mea/500ms_pcbinary/.
This file lists the date and time coverages of all CRRES orbits (0 - 
1067) with notations on electron and related activity for each orbit.

Modified versions of the FORTRAN source codes heef_min1_unix.for and 
heef_pad1_unix.for have been added to directory particle_heef/software 
to read the SGI binary data records respectively in directories
particle_heef/1min_local_pitch_angle_unixbin and
particle_heef/1min_equat_pitch_angle_unixbin on a Microsoft Windows PC 
system. The *.lis files in the software directory give sample outputs for
CRRES Orbit 15 from the Windows (*_wpc.for) and UNIX (*_unix.for) code 
versions.
