All users of BARREL data are expected to read and follow the "BARREL Mission Data Usage Policy"
which can be found here: http://www.dartmouth.edu/~barrel/documents/data.use.policy.pdf
There have been several BARREL campaigns, many consisting of multiple balloon flights.
Each balloon flight has a unique 2-character identifier, in which the
first character, a digit, designates the field campaign, and the second
character, a letter, completes a unique name, but is otherwise arbitrary.
The number is the campaign (1 is the 2012-2013 Antarctic summer flight,
2 is 2013-2014 Antarctic summer flight...).
