File GENERAL.TXT includes a general description of the AUREOL-3 satellite, instruments and the data presented; 2. Subdir. MAGNET which contains: - file MAGNET.TXT with a description of the TRAC magnetometer experiment, data treatment procedures, data presentation, formats, physical units, etc.; - file MAGNET.TAB - time span for every data file. - data files for particular memory readout telemetry interval (seance), each with a descriptive header; 3. Subdir. PARTICLE contains: - file PARTICLE.TXT with a description of the low energy particle 4 - channel spectrometer, data presentation, formats, physical units, etc.; - file PARTICLE.TAB contains time span for every data file and flag (NSTEP) indicating which channel contributed the data. - file PRECBORD.TXT which contain the locations of the observed particle precipitation boundaries (borders). - data files for particular memory readout telemetry seances, each with a descriptive header; 4. Subdir.
