This is a test of the stop gap version of the SignalCorrection module.
This version of SignalCorrection does nothing to the signals, but
reroutes the signal and time EventVar vectors to their final locations
for output.  (This is meant to be a very temporary measure to 
expedite the inital integration tests.)
