This directory contains the following files and directories:

aa_readme.txt	This file
aa_general.txt	General information about the AE satellites and experiments
ae-c/		AE-C data files C7312_16.DAT to C7812_11.DAT (Cyymm_dd.DAT)
ae-d/		AE-D data files D7510_06.DAT to D7601_29.DAT (Dyymm_dd.DAT)
ae-e/		AE-E data files E7512_01.DAT to E8106_06.DAT (Eyymm_dd.DAT)
aedoc/		Detailed data set documentation packages for BIMS, BUV, CEP, 
		LEE, MESA, MIMS, NACE, NATE, OSS, PES, RPA, UVNO, and VAE;
		a list of references up to 1995 is also included.
ae_e_euv_flux/	The EUV directory contains data from the Extrem Ultraviolet 
		Spectrometer (EUVS), an experiment not included in the data
		files in directories ae-c, ae-d, and ae-e. The directory 
		contains EUV fluxes from the AE-E EUV spectrometer and also
		reference spectra that were developed with the EUVS data and 
		data from other sources.
ae_e_pes_flux/   Photoelectron fluxes as measured by the PES instrument. This
        data set consists of scanned graphs of the final flux spectra hand-
        plotted around 1982 (the final and officially sanctioned fluxes!) 
ae_msis_data/	All data in this directory were provided by A. Hedin (GSFC, 
		now retired). They were used for the development of his Mass 
		Spectrometer and Incoherent Scatter (MSIS) atmospheric model.
