A JDialog that handles minimum/maximum sizes by enforcing that the user does not resize the dialog outside the given bounds. The dialog is also automatically centered on the screen.

This code was developed by NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center, Code 588 for the Visual Observation Layout Tool(VOLT) project
